Blend together the oil, vinegar, tomato paste, mustard, garlic salt and chili powder; season to taste with pepper. Halve the tomatoes, then brush chops and tomatoes with oil mixture. Grill quickly for 2-3 minutes to seal meat on both sides. Lower heat and continue to cook until meat is tender and are cooked through, basting with the oil mixture. Serve immediately with mashed potatoes or boiled rice. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes.
