Combine sugar & cocoa in medium saucepan;stir with whisk.
Add milk; stir until combined. Slice margarine into mixture; heat on
low heat just until melted. Bring to a full rolling boil & boil for 1-3 minutes
or until a small amount dropped into cold water forms a ball. Remove
from heat; add peanut butter & vanilla. Add oats. Drop by Tablespoonfuls
onto waxed paper.
